Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360, you'll be able to manage your receivables and payables right from chase.com, connect with a network of more than 2.6 million payees, and sync with a compatible accounting system.

How do I schedule an assisted onboarding session?
After you’ve enrolled in J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360, select the booking calendar below that corresponds with your accounting system:
- QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise
- QuickBooks Online
- Xero
- Intacct*
- NetSuite*
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Import/Export
Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email from your support specialist containing your ticket number, pre-onboarding steps, and the web link and audio information for your session. Select the meeting link at the time of your session to connect with the support specialist and get started. You'll be asked to provide your ticket number at the beginning of the call.
*To address each client’s data and workflow configuration, which may vary; Intacct and NetSuite users are required to schedule a guided implementation to sync with J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360.
What is required for the session?
You'll need to access the administrator function of both J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360 and your accounting system. The amount of time required for the session is generally 60–90 minutes, and may vary based on your accounting system.

- Connecting and importing data from your accounting system
- Adding users
- Configuring approval workflows
- Setting up your inbox to receive documents
- Setting up Receivables
- Using J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360

Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360, you may not have access to the features based on permissions for your role and/or your plan doesn't have this feature. If you wish to get access to the feature, please review the available plans for J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360 and upgrade accordingly, or contact the Administrator of your J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360 account. Changes in monthly user fees may apply.
