Why the sync error occurs

This error occurs when a bill in J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360 is deleted, but the bill is matched to a transaction in a register in QuickBooks Online that's different from the bill in J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360.


How to fix the sync error

  1. Manually delete the bill in QuickBooks Online
  2. Contact Customer Support to request the error be cleared
