Oracle NetSuite Sync Error : RCRD_DSNT_EXIST: That record does not exist.
Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when a payment for a bill is trying to sync from J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360 to Oracle NetSuite, but the associated bill had a vendor credit applied to it that was deleted and recreated in Oracle NetSuite, after it was applied in J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360.
How to Fix the Sync Error
- In J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360, unapply the original vendor credit and delete it.
- In Oracle NetSuite, unapply the credit
- Sync. The unapplied vendor credit from Oracle NetSuite should sync to J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360, and the payment in J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360 should sync to Oracle NetSuite
- Apply the vendor credit again in J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360
- Sync
