QuickBooks Online sync error: Missing Invoice acctid: XXXXX

Why the sync error occurs

This error occurs when a received payment is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online, but either:

  • The invoice for the payment hasn't yet synced to QuickBooks Online
  • The invoice for the payment isn't connected between QuickBooks Online and J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360

How to fix the sync error

Contact Customer Support to resync or relink the invoice.
