Sage Intacct sync: Transactions Aren't Syncing after Initial Sync
Why the issue occurs
This issue occurs when the J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360 Sync Preferences are incomplete.
How to Fix the issue
To resolve the issue, complete the Sync Preferences in J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360:
- In J.P. Morgan Digital Banking Cashflow360, select Settings
- Under Sync, select Preferences
- Verify that all required fields have been set
- Select Save
- Sync again
